Job Overview

The Technical Customer Success Representative provides hands-on technical support and platinum service to clients integrating BCB’s payment solutions. This role operates in the night shift team, liaising with clients across Slack, Telegram, email, and other channels. You will ensure seamless API integration, onboarding, and live operations, while delivering high-quality support and escalating issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sandbox & Integration Assistance: Guide clients through API sandbox environments and troubleshoot issues during integration

  • Technical Relationship Management: Act as the main technical contact during onboarding and live phases

  • Feedback & Communication: Gather client feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product enhancements

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver seamless client experience

  • Product & Market Knowledge: Maintain expertise on BCB products, crypto market trends, and payment rails (FPS, CHAPS, SEPA, SWIFT)

  • Customer Engagement: Manage client communication across multiple channels with a 10-minute response target

  • Issue Resolution: Track, escalate, and close technical and service issues, ensuring first-time resolution

  • Night Shift Duties: Work effectively in the late shift team, maintaining professionalism and focus


Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education / Skills

  • Matric / Equivalent

  • Technical or financial services experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset

  • Experience with CRM software, API integration, and technical documentation

💼 Experience

  • Customer service experience in payments or fintech

  • Familiarity with financial services, crypto, and API-based products

  • Hands-on experience with payment rails (FPS, CHAPS, SEPA, SWIFT) is advantageous

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Excellent time management, PC, and typing skills
