💼 What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead a team of developers to deliver robust, scalable software solutions

✅ Guide the design and architecture of cutting-edge banking applications
-
✅ Oversee the technical execution of projects from concept to delivery
-
✅ Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the development team
-
✅ Facilitate code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
-
✅ Mentor junior team members and grow the team’s technical expertise

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across business units
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
-
🎓 Tertiary qualification in Information Technology – Programming
-
✅ Strong background in software development (C# is required)
-
✅ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
-
✅ Understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps principles
-
✅ Solid knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end)
-
✅ Familiarity with programming languages such as Node.js, Python, JavaScript (nice to have)
Ideal:
