As an Analyst in the Specialized Client Success team, you’ll collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to enhance client performance, drive adoption of Visaβs products, and provide technical support that elevates the client experience.
πΌ Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert to help clients implement and optimize Visa products.

Accelerate product adoption and performance by identifying opportunities and driving activation strategies.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services to align on goals and execute strategic plans.

Manage the full product lifecycle post-activation and continuously gather feedback for improvements.
-
Drive operational excellence through implementation support, performance reviews, and usage of Visaβs automated tools.

Maintain deep knowledge of local payment trends, customer needs, and product innovations.

Translate complex technical requirements into strategic solutions for Visaβs client base.

Report directly to the Senior Director of Client Success (based in Dubai) and collaborate across time zones.
π€ Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in tech, finance, consulting, or payments.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-
Background in payment cards operations, especially with complex services or client environments.

Strong data analytics and visualization skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation abilities.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects across multiple stakeholders.
-
Experience with CRM tools, implementation support, and technical solution delivery.

Strong client relationship management and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
