As a Technical Specialist, you’ll work in a collaborative environment and be a key player in ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems while driving technical improvements and enhancements.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Solutions:

  • 🔧 Provide high-level technical support to internal teams and clients.
  • 🧑‍💻 Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them promptly.
  • ⚙️ Manage the installation, configuration, and optimization of various systems and software.

System Maintenance & Enhancement:

  • 🔄 Perform system upgrades, patches, and updates to ensure systems remain secure and efficient.
  • 🚀 Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to enhance system capabilities.

Collaboration & Training:

  • 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless technical support across departments.
  • 📚 Provide technical training to junior staff and assist them in resolving technical issues.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • 📝 Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • 📊 Generate reports on system performance, technical issues, and solutions implemented.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Minimum:

  • ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ✅ At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or technical specialist role.
  • ✅ Hands-on experience with system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.

Preferred:

  • 🎓 Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar technical certifications.
  • 🌐 Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies.

📋 Skills & Competencies

  • ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • ✅ Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ✅ Experience with database management and server maintenance.
  • ✅ Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
