🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping them navigate technical and compliance-related issues efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Tier 1 technical and professional support to clients across multiple communication channels (email, chat, tickets).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with speed and accuracy.

  • Guide clients through technical onboarding and product adoption.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes and resolutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance) to resolve escalated issues.

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with both technical and non-technical users.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement by providing product feedback.

  • Support post-implementation efforts and assist with process enhancements.


✅ Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience in technical support or post-sales engineering in a SaaS environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.

  • Strong documentation and process articulation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (native English proficiency preferred).

  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Intercom).

  • Experience in compliance or interest in Information Security is an advantage.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer – highly advantageous.

  • Ability to multitask and manage projects using tech tools in a fast-paced environment.

  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
