Mustek Limited is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their Cloud team in Midrand. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and customer support, with the opportunity to work closely with resellers, vendors, and internal teams to provide technical expertise, first-line support, and cloud-based solutions.

What You Will Do:
🔧 Technical Support:
- Assist resellers and internal teams with technical queries related to cloud products and basic setups.
- Provide first-line support for all brands in Mustek’s cloud & software portfolio.
- Manage support tickets and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
🛠️ Cloud & Software Knowledge:
- Stay updated on cloud technologies and vendor product roadmaps, particularly for Microsoft and other key vendors.
- Assist with cloud deployments, migrations, and general cloud support activities.
🔄 Vendor Console & Relationships:
- Manage vendor consoles and assist resellers in utilizing various vendor programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, the cloud team, and the sales team.
📈 Sales Support & Operations:
- Provide quotations to resellers and assist with renewals and billing processes.
- Support sales teams in driving sales priorities and ensure CRM systems are updated with customer interactions.
📑 Administrative Tasks:
- Write detailed reports and escalate issues to management.
- Assist with administrative tasks, record-keeping, and general office support as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
📜 Qualifications & Certifications:
- Matric (Minimum requirement)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals
💼 Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support environment.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2019 upgrade and Exchange Online migration is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in cloud deployments and maintenance.
🖥️ Skills:
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications.
- Networking skills and a good understanding of the ICT industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills.
