🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Test Automation Frameworks: Develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks to enhance software testing efficiency.
- API Testing: Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, and Rest Assured.
- Mobile Testing: Perform mobile application automation using Appium and other mobile-supported testing tools.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Ensure the integrity and quality of the data used within test environments.
- Test Environment Monitoring: Oversee the status of testing environments, including performance monitoring, downtime control, and readiness.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation testers, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Innovative Testing Solutions: Advise and implement innovative testing products and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other teams to understand automation requirements and streamline workflows.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reporting to senior stakeholders on the status of test deliveries, ensuring transparency and clarity in progress.
🧩 Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field (Essential).
- Master’s Degree (Preferred).
- Experience:
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in test automation.
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks and API testing.
- Mobile testing experience using tools like Appium.
- Skills:
- Expertise in test script generation, review, execution, and recording.
- Ability to develop and maintain high-quality automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Knowledge of continuous testing and assurance practices.
