🎓 About the SAICA Training Programme

DSV is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring Chartered Accountants to join our SAICA-accredited 3-year TOPP Programme. As a Trainee Accountant, you’ll rotate through various departments, gaining essential hands-on experience while preparing for your CA(SA) qualification. This position is based at our head office in Kempton Park.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year structured training programme with 3 rotations per year.

• Spend 4 months in each finance-related department for immersive, practical learning.

• Receive study leave for ITC and APC exams.

• Attend DSV-funded preparation courses and exams.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

• Accounting Degree or similar (essential)

• Currently pursuing a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification

• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
