Key Responsibilities
📞 Sales & Client Management
- Market Old Mutual products to clients over the phone, tailoring your sales pitch to meet the client’s needs and financial goals.
- Promote financial futures and ensure the protection of assets and estate for clients.
- Maintain superior service delivery to customers by managing your time and tasks effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that their financial goals are continually met.
📈 Sales Targets & Results
- Drive sales and meet personal and team targets to achieve company goals.
- Record and report sales and client information accurately to help improve overall business strategy.
📝 Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure all processes and procedures comply with Old Mutual’s standards.
- Maintain a clear criminal and credit record as part of the company’s background checks.
- Log all client interactions in the CRM system and manage follow-ups.
Skills & Experience Required
🎓 Educational Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 is a must.
💼 Experience & Skills
- 6-12 months of outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience.
- Previous financial services experience is desirable.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Clear credit and criminal records.
