🚀 About the Role

We’re hiring a Trainee Manager at our Stoneridge branch in Gauteng. This role is a stepping stone into retail leadership, providing hands-on management experience in a dynamic store environment.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain stock control, and drive sales.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

• At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or Store Manager

• Proven ability to conduct and manage accurate stock takes

• Leadership mindset with a strong sense of accountability

• High attention to detail and sense of urgency

• Excellent customer service and people management skills

• Results-oriented and driven to meet sales targets

• Ability to think creatively and solve problems on the go

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations

• Driving store sales and hitting key performance targets

• Leading by example on the sales floor and motivating your team

• Assisting in recruitment, coaching, and team development

• Monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and ensuring loss prevention

• Managing merchandising, store appearance, and promotional setups

• Handling customer queries and ensuring satisfaction

• Reporting on store performance and operational issues
