The Trainee Manager will support store operations, lead teams, and ensure top performance in all areas, including stock management, customer service, and team development. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced managers while building skills that will prepare you for future leadership roles.
β Responsibilities

Lead and motivate store teams to achieve operational and sales targets

Ensure proper stock management and maintain accurate stock take results

Drive exceptional customer service and resolve issues proactively

Monitor and maintain high standards in-store, including merchandising and cleanliness

Develop team members through coaching, guidance, and performance feedback

Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and KPIs

Maintain a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all tasks

Promote the JAM culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
π Qualifications
Education:

π Matric certificate (required)
Experience:

πΌ Minimum 2 years as an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail management experience

π Proven track record of achieving sales targets and good stock take results
