What You’ll Be Doing

As a Training Facilitator, you will be the driver behind exceptional learning experiences that empower teams to excel in customer service and adapt to business growth. Key responsibilities include:

Training Design & Development

  • Conduct in-depth Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Define the required competency profiles for various roles

  • Design and develop outcome-based learning programmes

  • Create course materials, assessments, e-learning content, and learning guides

  • Update training content to align with regulatory or business changes

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging and effective training via various formats: in-person, online, coaching

  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions to enhance learning transfer

  • Assist learners with managing their development journey

  • Schedule and run refresher and remediation sessions as needed

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Design and facilitate performance assessments

  • Analyse learner performance to identify skill gaps

  • Create and present training reports and learning metrics

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners for continuous improvement

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Training, HR, Education, or similar

  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or a training environment

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project coordination skills

  • Strong adaptability in fast-changing, high-pressure environments

Desirable Skills (Bonus Points)

  • Experience in the sports betting or online gaming industry

  • Knowledge of odds, betting systems, and compliance regulations

  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PivotTables, reporting)

  • Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design tools
