🌟 Position Overview

Clicks Group is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Training Facilitator (Pharmacy) to deliver structured learning and development programs across pharmacy, clinic, and healthcare retail departments. This role supports organizational capability and compliance while aligning with the national skills development agenda and Clicks’ operating goals.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training activities according to approved calendars and budgets.

• Facilitate learning sessions aligned to professional standards and targeted learning outcomes.

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training interventions and ensure ongoing improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant GPP, SAPC, and internal QA standards.

• Support the rollout of the QCTO qualification in pharmacy-related environments.

✅ Minimum Requirements

📚 Education:

• Essential: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Essential: Registered Assessor with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)

• Desirable: SAPC Moderator registration

🧪 Experience:

• Desirable: 2+ years as a practicing pharmacist

• Desirable: 1+ year tutor registration with SAPC

• Desirable: Experience in retail pharmacy, hospital, or pharmaceutical warehouse environments

🛠 Knowledge & Skills:

• Familiar with Skills Development Act, GPP, and pharmacy-related legislation

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
