🎯 Key Responsibilities

Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Identify skills gaps and performance needs across departments.

Design & Develop Learning Programs: Create impactful, outcome-based learning content, blending formal training with experiential learning.

Facilitate Learning Sessions: Deliver training sessions, including onboarding, upskilling, and refresher courses.

Coach & Mentor Learners: Provide one-on-one support, performance coaching, and progress tracking.

Measure Learning Impact: Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.

Partner with Stakeholders: Align training initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
🧩 What You Bring
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree (Required)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or training

Clear communication and strong facilitation skills

Experience with training design and needs analysis

Project management and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills:

Exposure to sports betting or online gaming environments

Understanding of gambling regulations and customer retention strategies

Knowledge of statistical methods and ability to use pivot tables

Familiarity with E-Learning tools and methodologies
