As a Training Facilitator, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of our teams. By designing and delivering engaging, outcome-based training programmes, you’ll directly impact the quality of service and performance across the organisation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps
✔️ Develop outcome-based learning and development programs
✔️ Design and update training materials and e-learning content
✔️ Facilitate group sessions, refresher training, and individual coaching
✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders to align training goals
✔️ Conduct performance assessments and measure training effectiveness
✔️ Maintain learner development records and prepare training reports
✔️ Stay updated on regulatory requirements and adjust training accordingly
✔️ Present training outcomes and insights to leadership teams

✅ Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Diploma or Degree (essential)
🗣️ Strong communication skills – written and verbal

🧩 Attention to detail and adaptability
📞 Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or similar environment
