Job Overview

The Treasury & Systems Operations Graduate programme is designed to give graduates hands-on exposure to the world of treasury, financial markets, and data-driven finance.

Successful candidates will be placed in core operational teams such as cash and liquidity management, treasury operations, or treasury systems. From day one, you’ll gain practical experience while building a strong foundation in financial processes, systems, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations and financial processes
• Assist with cash and liquidity management activities
• Work with treasury systems and data to support operations
• Participate in client service delivery and operational tasks
• Maintain accuracy in financial data, reporting, and reconciliations
• Collaborate with different teams across treasury functions
• Follow structured processes and controls

Qualifications

Education:

• Degree in:
  • Finance / Economics / Investments
  • Mathematics / Statistics
  • Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering
• Honours degree is advantageous

Experience:

• 0–2 years (including internships or part-time experience)

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical thinking
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with data and systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and organisational ability
• Willingness to learn and adapt
