📌 Minimum Entry Requirements:

To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Grade 10, including subjects: Mathematics, Science, and English.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Physically fit and medically able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness.

• No fear of working at heights or around large machinery.

• Willing and able to be trained on various underground mining machines.

• Prepared to participate in:

  • Practical driving assessments

  • Behavioural assessments

🌟 Advantageous Qualifications:

• A valid K53 driver’s license.

• Previous mining experience will be considered a strong asset.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

As a learner in this programme, your duties will include:

• Safely operating underground mining equipment under supervision.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Performing basic machinery inspections and reporting faults.

• Participating actively in scheduled training sessions and assessments.
