About the Opportunity:

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting learnership opportunity in the HR Department for talented individuals who have disabilities. This learnership is specifically designed to accommodate people with disabilities and provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience and training in the field of Human Resources. Participants will be enrolled in a National Certificate: Business Administration Services (NQF 3), which is accredited by the Food and Beverages SETA.

Key Purpose:

This 12-month fixed-term contract learnership combines formal classroom training and structured on-the-job work experience, supported by coaching and mentorship. As part of the learnership, candidates will:

• Complete a Business Administration Learnership Programme which includes theoretical and practical learning.
• Provide administrative support during the year, including peak business periods and team leave.
• Gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and contribute to key HR tasks within the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

✔ Complete the Business Administration Learnership Programme – a structured programme that integrates classroom and practical learning.
✔ Provide administrative support across various HR tasks and activities.
✔ Assist during peak business periods and when teams are on leave, ensuring business operations continue smoothly.
✔ Receive mentorship and coaching from HR professionals to help enhance your skills and career development.

Skills, Experience & Education Required:

Qualifications/Experience:

✔ A Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and English (minimum pass rate of 40%) is essential.
✔ Proficiency in English and any other South African language.
✔ South African citizenship is required.
✔ Must be unemployed and willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership.

Competency Requirements:

✔ Age Range: Candidates must be between 18 and 34 years old.
✔ Disability Verification: Candidates must present a valid medical record detailing their disability.
✔ Commitment: Willing to attend weekday and Saturday classes as required.
✔ Work Environment: Ability to work in a flexible and pressurised work environment, including weekends and public holidays.
✔ No Criminal Record or Negative Credit Record is required.
✔ Self-Motivated, Organised, and Detail-Oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Important Notes:

✔ Only candidates with disabilities will be considered for this position.
✔ Candidates must not have previously completed the same qualification (NQF Level 3 Business Administration) with any other company.
✔ Stipend: A stipend will be provided in line with SETA requirements.
