Position: Data Analyst (O+O and Business Data)

Supervisor: Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Oversee the process of O+O and Business data, ensuring a resilient data architecture and storage system capable of supporting visualization, dashboard creation, and beauty tech applications.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, Digital, Commercial, and external data providers and advertising vendors to collect, structure, automate, store, manage, and transform data on a daily basis.
  3. Enhance O+O data integration to implement global Digital, Media, and Marketing ROI tools.
  4. Engage in reporting and systems projects to enhance data accessibility across various business areas.
  5. Collaborate with business teams to comprehend reporting needs and develop solutions in Power BI utilizing data stored in the Google Cloud Platform.
  6. Conduct BI training sessions to elevate the skill sets of new members within the Commercial and Marketing teams.
  7. Serve as the primary contact for business system issues, coordinating with IT for resolution.
  8. Foster close collaboration with global data and Product Owner teams.
  9. Manage system access rights and delegations for core business systems.
  10. Proactively propose process enhancements to streamline operations and promote best practices.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  1. Experience in a consumer-oriented and fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
  2. Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree.
  3. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is mandatory.
  4. Intermediate level proficiency in DAX and essential proficiency in VBA.
  5. Proficiency in GCP is required, with familiarity in SQL and Python being advantageous.
  6. Experience in generating reports from Business Intelligence applications, preferably from GCP.
  7. Proficiency in creating reports and visualizations using Power BI.
  8. Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  9. Experience in analyzing large datasets.
  10. Familiarity with financial reporting is preferable but not mandatory.
  11. Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  12. Demonstrated analytical aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
  13. Ability to manage complexity and achieve results with integrity.
  14. Exhibits human sensitivity and effective interpersonal skills.
