🎨 UX & UI Design

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that address customer pain points and leverage research insights.

  • Create high-fidelity UI screens using the OM Design System to ensure consistent styling and behaviour.

  • Support user research and help analyse behaviour patterns across digital journeys.

πŸ‘₯ Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other designers to ensure solutions are functional and feasible.

  • Participate in usability testing and iterate based on evidence, data, and team feedback.

  • Apply and maintain UX guidelines, design patterns, and shared design standards.

  • Contribute ideas to improve the OM Design System and overall team workflow.

  • Support evidence-based design through data interpretation, customer insights, and prototype validation.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or similar.

  • 2–5 years’ experience in UX/UI or product design roles.

  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, UI craft, and problem-solving.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and human-centred design.

  • Proficiency in Figma.

  • Strong visual and interaction design abilities.

  • Ability to follow a design system precisely and maintain consistency.

  • Experience interpreting user research and translating insights into designs.
