As a Vehicle Sales Executive at Rola Volvo, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with their dream vehicles. This front-line sales role involves building strong client relationships, meeting monthly sales targets, and showcasing the latest in Volvo design and innovation.

🎯 Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in and online customers in a professional, friendly manner

Network within the motor industry to generate new leads

Conduct needs analysis and match customers with appropriate vehicles

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Manage the full vehicle sales process, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction (CSI)

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to Rola and Volvo dealer standards
-
Deliver consistent after-sales support to maintain lasting customer relationships

Work closely with finance, admin, and service departments to streamline delivery
✅ Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / National Certificate
-
Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (dealership experience is an advantage)

Tertiary education is preferred

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Valid South African Driver’s License
-
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self-driven, ethical, and committed to performance excellence
