📋 Job Overview

The VIP Security Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and company assets. This role focuses on access control, surveillance, patrols, loss prevention, and exceptional guest interaction, ensuring that all Hollywoodbets safety, compliance, and service standards are upheld at all times.

🛡️ Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence before, during, and after branch operating hours

• Conduct perimeter patrols, floor walks, and parking area inspections

• Monitor surveillance equipment and identify suspicious behaviour

• Control access to the premises, including guest and staff screening

• Operate scanners, panic buttons, two-way radios, and security equipment

• Enforce age restrictions, bag policies, and prohibited items regulations

• Assist with branch opening and closing security procedures

• Support stock receiving, alarm testing, and daily security reporting

• Direct foot and vehicle traffic to ensure safe flow on the premises

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest complaints professionally
