  • Prepare and update documents using Google Docs and Google Sheets for internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Create event proposals and modify menus based on client requests and event needs.
  • Organize and maintain catering equipment lists for upcoming events, ensuring all items are accounted for and ready when needed.

  • Work closely with the business owner to execute instructions efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Track orders and ensure follow-ups are completed as per the timeline.
  • Help organize and prepare for events, ensuring all aspects are handled, from catering needs to client communications.
