PwC is looking for an experienced Virtual Executive Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Durban. As a Virtual Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing key administrative functions, leading teams, and providing high-level support to senior executives. Your role will be integral to driving efficiency, quality, and team success across various projects.
What Youโll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action)

๐๏ธ Managing Schedules: Oversee executive calendars and coordinate meetings. Youโll make sure everything runs on time, every time.

โ๏ธ Travel Coordinator: Handle international and local travel logistics, including booking flights and securing visas for executives.

๐ Communication Gatekeeper: Act as the main point of contact for executive calls, emails, and internal communication.

๐ Team Leadership: Lead a team of executive assistants, ensuring efficient operations and top-notch support across the business.

๐๏ธ Documentation Expert: Maintain and organize all business records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.

๐ค Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the go-to person for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

๐ฏ Performance & Development: Participate in performance reviews, goal setting, and team development activities to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Absence and Resource Cover: Manage absence requests and resource planning to ensure smooth operations.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Participate in recruitment, interviews, and the successful integration of new hires.

Training & Development: Stay ahead of technological advances, implementing training to enhance team skills.

Performance Reviews: Support the team in preparing for performance reviews and ensure smooth execution of feedback processes.

Ad-Hoc Support: Provide any other necessary administrative and operational support as needed.
What Weโre Looking For

๐ Qualification: Relevant qualification or training in office administration.

๐งโ๐ผ Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an executive assistant or similar senior administrative role.

๐ Driverโs License: Must have a valid code B driver’s license.

๐ป Proficiency in MS Office: Expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

๐ง Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenges with critical thinking and a calm demeanor.
