🧩 JOB OVERVIEW

The Client Services Internship offers students a unique opportunity to gain real-world exposure within Visa’s Global Client Support Services team. Interns will support post-sales client engagements, operational support, analytics and process optimization while working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced digital payments environment.

This internship is designed for students graduating in 2027 and serves as a pathway toward a full-time role starting January 2027.


πŸ“ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to routine operational and service support queries from Visa client institutions

  • Provide guidance on VisaNet Core Application Services, billing, transaction research and user access

  • Conduct transaction and process analysis to identify technical or operational issues

  • Capture and maintain accurate client data and service records in CRM systems

  • Log service requests and resolutions for tracking and knowledge management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Client Support Services and related teams

  • Support delivery against client commitments and service level expectations

  • Participate in client performance reporting and data trend analysis

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

  • Attend Client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings for learning and exposure


πŸŽ“ QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or IT

  • Expected graduation date: December 2026

Experience

  • No prior payments industry experience required

  • Exposure to financial services or customer support environments is advantageous

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment
