🎨 Role Overview
As a Visual Communications Designer, you will be an integral part of the global communications team, producing engaging visuals for internal communications. Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager, you will create digital and print content that supports organisational messaging, enhances clarity, and strengthens connection across global teams.
This role requires creativity, high energy, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to CV’s values—unity, humility, service to the Church, and a pioneering spirit.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🎯 Design & Creative Output

Deliver vibrant, relevant, and engaging visuals for various audiences and communication channels.

Produce high-quality digital and print design work supporting CV’s internal communication strategies.

Create visual assets for executive-level communications and organisation-wide updates.
🤝 Collaboration & Engagement

Work closely with the Internal Communications Manager and cross-functional teams.

Communicate creative ideas that increase staff engagement and alignment with CV’s mission.

Support strategic change initiatives with informative and visually compelling designs.

Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
🗂️ Content & Asset Management

Moderate and localise content where needed.

Maintain and update internal communication materials.

Organise and archive graphic assets for future use and easy retrieval.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, copyright laws, and quality standards.

🎓 Skills, Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).

3–5 years’ experience in graphic design or visual communications.

Strong portfolio showcasing work across print and digital platforms.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, and template design.

Strong understanding of brand identity and application across communication pieces.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams, cultures, and functions.

Sensitivity to faith-based messaging and CV’s mission-driven goals.
