🌾 JOB OVERVIEW

The VKB Group Grain Handling Learnership provides unemployed matriculants with practical workplace exposure and structured theoretical training within the grain handling environment. Learners will gain hands-on experience in grain receiving, storage, cleaning, safety, and operational processes while supporting site operations in compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

🧭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in structured theory sessions during practical training

• Perform scheduled daily cleaning duties

• Clean processing equipment and production lines according to required standards

• Conduct deep cleaning of production and storage areas

• Complete post-cleaning inspections to ensure compliance

• Support operational staff with grain handling activities

• Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and quality procedures

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

📘 Education

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
