Weir is looking for a VRO Finance Analyst to join our Value Realisation Office (VRO). 🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Conduct financial analysis to quantify the value of business initiatives.
🔹 Develop financial models to support key decision-making.
🔹 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for value realization.
🔹 Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
🔹 Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
🔹 Ensure value cases align with strategic plans and budgets.
🔹 Identify and assess financial risks, developing mitigation strategies.
🔹 Commit to safety and compliance in all financial activities.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous.
✔ Skills & Tools:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (financial modeling & data analysis).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) & ERP systems.
✔ Soft Skills: - Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational & time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
