About the Role

As a F&B Service Expert, your role goes far beyond simply delivering food. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

• Provide expert menu knowledge and assist guests with selections

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Matric / High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

• Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience in hospitality (restaurant or hotel service experience preferred)

• Skills: Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance; stand and move for extended periods; comfortable working on uneven/slippery surfaces
