About the Role:

As a F&B Service Expert (Waitron), you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service across various hotel areas including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet events. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a lively, stylish environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the face of our service – greeting guests, serving with flair, and ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, people interaction, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests with professionalism and charm.

• Present menus and take accurate food and drink orders.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas.

• Process bills and payments efficiently.

• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in food service, restaurants, or hospitality is advantageous.
