JOB OVERVIEW
Ford Motor Company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse, export, and supply chain operations. This strategic role is responsible for optimizing logistics, managing dealer networks, ensuring quality standards, leading a high-performing team, and driving operational excellence in alignment with Ford Production System requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management

Lead export operations to meet Order-to-Invoice metrics, safety standards, and equipment maintenance requirements

Manage IT coordination, cycle counts, and dealer support groups

Oversee service providers, including SOW development, contract approvals, KPI tracking, and escalations

Provide strategic solutions to improve operational efficiency
Dealer Network Interaction

Maintain strong, proactive relationships with dealerships

Understand dealer needs and challenges to ensure high service levels and support
Profit Analysis & Quality Control
-
Conduct detailed profit and loss analysis to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements

Uphold strict quality standards across manufacturing, logistics, and engineering processes
Operational Planning & Forecasting

Lead operational planning to address market changes and parts availability challenges
-
Oversee new depot openings and the launch of operations management systems
People & Supply Chain Management
-
Direct and develop a team committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Oversee supplier relationships and parts distribution to ensure an efficient supply chain
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
-
Degree, National Diploma, or B-Tech in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience
-
7–8 years’ experience in parts supply and logistics
-
Experience in customer care is advantageous
Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Advanced analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to remain composed under pressure and simplify complex issues

Expertise in material planning, supply chain logistics, and quality control

Proven ability to manage complex supplier and dealership relationships

Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
