Job Overview:
Eduvos, a leading educational institution in South Africa, is looking for a highly skilled Website Developer to join their marketing team. This role is a fixed-term position, and you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and developing Eduvos’ Dynamics 365 Portals and other online web assets. Your work will be key in delivering seamless user experiences, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security of web-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Portal Development: Configure and customize Power Apps Portal, ensuring seamless integration with Dataverse.

✅ Web Development: Develop responsive and engaging web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

✅ Content Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely publication of blogs, web pages, and other digital content aligned with the company’s strategy.

✅ Security & Optimization: Manage web roles, entity permissions, authentication, and apply best practices in UI/UX to enhance navigation, readability, and user engagement.

✅ Media Optimization: Optimize images and media for improved website performance, ensuring high-quality visual elements while maintaining fast load times.

✅ Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess competitor web strategies and make recommendations for improvements to enhance Eduvos’ digital presence.

✅ Web Strategy Collaboration: Work alongside marketing to align digital strategy and enhance the overall brand experience on the web.
Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Educational Qualifications: A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Web Development.

✅ Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in web development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

✅ Technical Skills:
-
Expertise in Liquid Template Language for dynamic content creation in Dynamics 365 Portals.

Strong experience with responsive design and Bootstrap.

Deep knowledge of portal configuration including entity forms, web roles, and lists in Dynamics 365.

Familiarity with graphics optimization tools such as Adobe Photoshop, TinyPNG, and Figma.
