🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide knowledgeable and exceptional service to customers by proactively assisting with their health and wellness needs.

• Product Consultation: Offer expert advice on a wide range of healthcare, nutrition, and supplement products tailored to customers’ specific needs.

• Sales and Targets: Drive sales by promoting products and upselling cross-category items to meet store targets and increase profitability.

• Stock Management: Ensure stock availability in the healthcare aisles by adhering to stock management principles and procedures. Follow stock rotation to minimize wastage and prevent stock losses.

• Store Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure an attractive and safe shopping environment for customers.

• Merchandising: Implement effective product merchandising by following store guidelines and ensure products are easily accessible and appealing.

• Staff Training: Share product knowledge with relief staff and provide guidance on store procedures to ensure seamless service continuity.

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential Qualifications:

  • Matric with a minimum of 50% in English, 50% in Maths, or 60% in Maths Literacy, plus a pass in Physical Science or Life Science.

• Experience:

  • At least 1 year of related experience, with a focus on customer service and selling.

  • Desirable: Experience working with sports nutrition, vitamins, or health-related products.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Essential:

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact well with customers.

    • Customer service-oriented with an ability to drive sales.

    • Ability to merchandise products and maintain store aesthetics.

  • Desirable:

    • Basic computer literacy to assist with stock management and reporting.

    • Knowledge of sports, fitness, or nutrition to offer informed advice to customers.
