This initiative is tailored for unemployed South African youth who are eager to gain valuable experience and a nationally recognized qualification while working within a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
🚀 What is the Learnership About?
This fully accredited learnership is designed to equip young individuals with theoretical knowledge and real-world experience in wholesale and retail operations—specifically within the automotive parts supply chain. Learners will be placed at Motus branches across Emalahleni, Johannesburg, and Cape Town, where they will be trained in various operational roles.
Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will receive a Level 5 National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations—a significant first step toward a long-term career in retail, warehousing, or supply chain management.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
As part of your training and workplace experience, you will:

Perform picking, binning, and packing duties in the warehouse

Assist the sales team with customer service and order processing

Support retail floor operations

Carry out basic administrative functions related to inventory and retail systems
📋 Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Education: Minimum diploma qualification (any field)

Age: Between 18–25 years old

Employment status: Currently unemployed

Work experience: No prior experience required

Criminal record: Must have a clean criminal record
