🌟 About the eThekwini WIL Programme
eThekwini Municipality is committed to empowering young South Africans by providing opportunities to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace requirements. Through this fully-funded in-service training, the municipality aims to:

Support students in fulfilling their TVET graduation requirements

Equip participants with practical experience in local government administration

✅ Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the WIL Learnership, you must:

Be a South African citizen
-
Reside within the eThekwini Municipality region
-
Have successfully completed a National N6 Certificate in:

Public Management or
-
Public Administration (minimum 240 credits)
-
-
Not have previously participated in any Government or Private Sector WIL Programme for 12 months or more
