🌟 About the Role

As a YES Learner at Fruitways, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a professional and nurturing environment, with duties focused primarily on supporting operations at the Molteno Clinic. However, flexibility is key, and you may also be required to contribute to various support roles on the farm as needed.

This position is ideal for a young, motivated individual eager to build workplace skills and gain valuable real-world experience in a dynamic agricultural setting.

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be between the ages of 18 – 27

• Be a South African citizen

• Have Matric / Grade 12

• Be unemployed and not previously part of the YES Programme

• Have 1–2 years of work experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Be computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Own a smartphone

• Be able to read, write, and understand English

• Be fluent in Afrikaans and/or English (isiXhosa is a plus)

• Possess strong communication skills

• Be able to work under pressure and be willing to support multiple tasks
