Hytec SA invites young South Africans to join their YES Learnership Programme, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain practical skills and work experience for a 12-month period. This programme is designed to empower unemployed youth and help them develop professionally in a supportive environment. We are looking for 22 learners who are eager to learn and start their careers in various operational fields.

📚 Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- South African Citizen
- Aged 18–25 years (ideal)
- Unemployed and available for full-time work
- Medically Fit
- Must come from a previously disadvantaged background (in line with the YES Initiative)
🧑💻 Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
🎓 Advantageous Qualifications:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Administration
- Finance (optional)
- IT (optional)
- HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) (optional)

🛠️ Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the YES Learnership, successful candidates will be required to perform various operational tasks in the following areas:
- Storemen: Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
- Workshop Assistants: Supporting workshop operations and equipment maintenance.
- Administrators: Performing administrative tasks, managing data, and assisting with office operations.
This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training, making it an ideal opportunity for young South Africans looking to get started in administration, logistics, supply chain, or workshop environments.
