Job Overview
&Beyond, a leader in the travel and tourism industry, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bateleur Club Administrator to join their Yes4Youth Programme in Sandton. This is an exciting opportunity for a young individual (under 27 years) to gain hands-on experience in the travel and reservations environment. Key Responsibilities

✔ Reservation Management:
- Qualifying and distributing all incoming reservation requests for the Bateleur Club teams.
- Checking availability and holding space for new requests while managing provisional reservations.
- Assisting Travel Specialists with WETU itineraries and ensuring accurate and clear communication with the reservations team and suppliers.

✔ Administrative Support:
- Sending weekly administration reports to the team regarding bookings, outstanding payments, and provisional bookings.
- Sending lodge day sheets to consultants for last-minute bookings and ensuring information accuracy.
- Managing reconfirmations, vouchers, and ensuring itineraries match final confirmations sent to guests and suppliers.
- Updating guest details and flight information in the system (Tourplan) and ensuring accurate pick-up and drop-off details are updated.

✔ Team Collaboration:
- Consistent communication with the reservations team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring that all services and bookings are correct and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed.

Knowledge & Skills Required
- ✔ Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the travel industry and reservations environments.
- ✔ Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with Tourplan or other reservation systems is a plus.
- ✔ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ✔ Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- ✔ Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all bookings, communications, and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- ✔ Education: A Tourism/Travel-related qualification (degree or diploma).
- ✔ Experience: 0-1 year of administrative experience in the travel industry or a similar environment.
- ✔ Additional Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be 27 years old or younger before 01 May 2025.
- Must have Matric or a higher qualification.
- Must not have been part of the Yes4Youth programme previously.
