Job Overview:

Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration? The Yes4Youth Programme is seeking a Human Capital Recruitment Administrator to join andBeyondโ€™s team in Sandton, Johannesburg. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both recruitment processes and general HR administration.

As a Human Capital Recruitment Administrator, you will assist with the administration of HR projects, recruitment processes, and data management. Your organizational skills and ability to collaborate will be key as you support the wider HR team.


Key Responsibilities:

โœ… General HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Regional and Core teams.
  • Capture and maintain data on the Human Capital Platform.
  • Consolidate monthly Human Capital reports.
  • Handle accurate data entry in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

โœ… Recruitment Support

  • Assist in the administration of recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with both traditional and digital recruitment methods, including Talent Genie.
  • Perform statistical analysis on recruitment trends.
  • Update and maintain the Agent Preferred Suppliers List.
  • Assist with the development of Job Descriptions for core positions.

โœ… Project and Implementation Support

  • Support the andBeyond Life Implementation at the Bateleur House.
  • Provide additional support to the HR team as needed, including answering the switchboard when required.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

๐Ÿ”น Advanced Computer Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
๐Ÿ”น Organizational Skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
๐Ÿ”น Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are key for this role.
๐Ÿ”น Strong Communication and People Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff.
๐Ÿ”น Writing Skills: Strong ability to document processes, reports, and correspondence.
๐Ÿ”น Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
๐Ÿ”น Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Ability to proactively assist in HR-related projects.


Previous Work Experience & Qualifications:

๐Ÿ”ธ Qualification: A Matric certificate or a higher qualification in Human Resources.
๐Ÿ”ธ Work Experience: Experience in an HR-related administrative role is advantageous but not required.
๐Ÿ”ธ Additional Attributes:

YES4YOUTH Criteria:

To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Must be 27 years old or younger before 01 May 2025.
  • Must be unemployed.
  • Must have completed Matric or a higher qualification.
  • Must not have participated in the Yes4Youth programme previously.
