✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this programme, applicants must:

• Be between the ages of 18 and 35

• Be unemployed

• Reside within the Harry Gwala District Municipality

• Be able to attend training sessions as required

• Submit a comprehensive CV

• Provide written proof of residence from a ward councillor

• Submit certified copies of:

  • Your South African ID

  • Any other relevant documentation
