This initiative is specifically designed to empower local youth aged 18–35 by providing essential training in operating heavy machinery, namely Excavators and Graders. The programme will equip 12 qualifying youth with essential skills to operate excavators and graders — vital machines in the construction and public works industries. Candidates will be trained by qualified professionals at a designated venue selected by the municipality and training provider.

✅ Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this programme, applicants must:

Be between the ages of 18 and 35
