Are you an experienced retail or hospitality supervisor ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a team and help drive excellent customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following

Support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision

Ensure excellent customer service and high store presentation standards

Oversee stock management, cash control and shift planning

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Lead by example in achieving sales and operational targets

Respond to site call-outs when required, including alarm activations at any time of day or night

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

Grade 12 / Matric

Valid driver's licence and own vehicle

1 - 2 years' supervisory or management experience

Previous retail or hospitality experience

Comfortable working long hours, weekends and public holidays

Reliable, hands-on and confident in managing people and operations
