Requirements
A relevant National Diploma;
Minimum of 3 years' relevant building industry experience
A technical and operational understanding of the Building Control functions
Knowledge of laws, regulations and policies relating to Land Use Management and the Building Control function.
Eligibility for registration as a Peace Officer (Law Enforcement Officer)
Proficiency in MS Office
A valid Code EB driver's licence.
Own vehicle
