SASRIA is offering a 24-month Human Capital Internship designed to provide comprehensive exposure across the full Human Capital (HC) value chain.

The successful graduate will gain practical experience in HC administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, Employment Equity processes, BEE audits, and Human Capital projects. This internship provides structured development within a professional corporate environment.

πŸ—‚ HC Administration

  • Assist with recruitment administration

  • Support vacancy activations and interview scheduling

  • Conduct reference checks, psychometric assessments, and MIE checks

  • Facilitate employee onboarding and documentation

  • Manage offboarding processes and ensure checklist compliance

  • Maintain accurate electronic employee records

βš™ HC Operations

  • Assist with Employment Equity processes (EEA1 form collection and EE data collation)

  • Support performance management administration

  • Assist with scheduling annual training sessions

  • Respond to system-related queries

🀝 Employee Relations

  • Coordinate employee wellness initiatives

  • Provide updates on approved wellness plans

  • Assist with BEE audit data collation

  • Support arrangements of Human Capital events

  • Provide administrative support aligned to the HC annual calendar

Education

  • Degree in Human Resource Management

  • Degree in Human Resource Development

  • Degree in Organisational Psychology

  • Ability to handle confidential information
