The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Capturing and processing customer orders received via telephone and email, accurately and efficiently;
Managing and monitoring cash sales and COD transactions;
Applying planning and forecasting skills to reschedule orders when required;
Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and timeously;
Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures;
Maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs;
Reviewing standing orders and action any outstanding or carry-over orders.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong overall computer literacy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints effectively
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work overtime when required
Valid driver's license
