The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Delivering performance in the areas of secretarial, logistical, research and administrative support
Writing, under guidance, speeches, articles, policy and other forms of political communication
Engaging with members of the public at all levels with a professional and pleasant disposition
Successfully work with the Eastern Cape caucus to achieve the Party's objectives

Requirements
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in political science, legal, administration or local governance
Experience in a similar role, including political assistant, personal assistant, executive assistant or secretary
Experience in compiling reports, minute taking, drafting letters
Proficiency in at least one official language, in addition to English
Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint
