Job Description

We are looking for a Scaffold Hand to assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding, transporting materials, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work at heights, and have good communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding

Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials

Clean and maintain scaffolding equipment

Pass tools and materials to scaffolders

Assist in identifying damaged scaffold components

Maintain good housekeeping in the work area

Follow all health and safety procedures

Wear the required PPE at all times

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Grade 10 or Grade 12 (preferred)

0-1 year experience in construction or scaffolding

Medically fit to work at heights

Working at Heights certificate (advantageous)

Physically fit and capable of manual labor

Able to follow instructions and safety procedures

No fear of heights
