Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist Technician-Service to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be performing routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery.

The Specialist Technician-Service will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment

Recommend solutions and provide estimates for repair work

Complete repairs efficiently and effectively

Maintain accurate records of work completed

Communicate with clients to provide updates on repair status and recommendations for ongoing maintenance

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of service department

Qualifications

Qualified Automotive Technician

Minimum of 3 years of experience in service technician role

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
