Job Overview

The YES Programme offers unemployed youth the opportunity to gain practical work experience within Eskom’s Distribution and Customer Service environment.

Successful candidates will be placed in the GEMMA Cluster (North West) for a 12-month contract, where they will develop essential workplace skills and improve employability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic administrative and customer service support
Assist with daily operational tasks within Eskom departments
Maintain records and documentation
Support customer service processes
Work collaboratively within assigned teams
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Education

Grade 12 (Matric)
Mathematics: 50% OR Maths Literacy: 70%
English: 60% + one additional South African language

Experience

No formal work experience required

Skills

Ability to work in a team environment
Professional attitude and customer focus
