Job Overview

The Case Administrator – Solvent Liquidation will support the Corporate Simplification team with a range of administrative, compliance and case management duties. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an organised administrator who wants to build a career in restructuring, insolvency and corporate services.

You will help manage client information, prepare legal and financial documents, support onboarding processes and ensure that cases are handled accurately and on time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM information, including creating and updating opportunities and contacts
  • Support client onboarding processes, including conflict checks and AML procedures
  • Conduct due diligence searches and gather relevant documentation
  • Prepare liquidation appointment documents, statutory filings and advertisements
  • Draft standard business correspondence, including letters and emails
  • Assist with creditor claim logging and adjudication processes
  • Prepare VAT returns and VAT deregistration submissions
  • Communicate with HMRC regarding corporate tax, VAT, PAYE and MVL matters
  • Liaise with internal finance teams to arrange invoices and payments
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate case records within the electronic document management system
  • Assist with research into complex company structures
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and additional team requirements

Qualifications

Education

  • Degree, diploma or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Recent university graduates are encouraged to apply

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is advantageous
  • Exposure to client onboarding, AML processes, insolvency or liquidation work is beneficial
  • Experience using CRM systems or case management software will be an advantage

  • Strong organisational and time-management ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident telephone and video communication manner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of AML procedures, MVL processes or IPS software would be beneficial but is not essential
