Job Overview

The PPB Credit Operations Graduate Programme is an 18-month structured programme designed to develop future leaders in banking operations and credit risk.

As a graduate trainee, you will rotate across multiple operational areas, gaining practical exposure to credit processes, regulatory frameworks, and business transformation initiatives. You will develop expertise in process management, automation, data analytics, and operational risk while working alongside experienced professionals.

This programme is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in working within regulated financial environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotational assignments across credit operations and risk functions
  • Support secured and unsecured credit operations processes
  • Assist in managing regulatory processes such as debt review and insolvency cases
  • Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
  • Support process improvement and automation projects
  • Collaborate with teams in risk governance and operational support functions
  • Engage in business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Education

  • Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field aligned to operations, credit, or risk
  • Undergraduate degree (BA, BCom, BEng, BSc, LLB) required prior to postgraduate qualification
